Please read the following carefully before requesting a letter of recommendation, and make sure you meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. You have conducted a research project with me and enrolled in the project research course for credit.

2. You have conducted a research project with me without credit + You have completed at least one of my courses for credit.

If you meet the criteria, please contact me by email at least one or two weeks before the submission deadline. (At the latest before you submit your applications) Please send me:

a. Your academic transcript.
b. Your CV.
c. A document that includes:
	1. The schools/departments you are applying to (or relevant organizer information) and the application deadlines.
	2. The upload links/portals for the recommendation letters (or how the submission works).
d. (Optional but strongly recommended) Your statement of motivation or study plan.
